No Perfume Challenge Accepted!

On a recent trip to Whole Foods, my friend challenged me to use an all-natural Amber oil in lieu of perfume for a week.  To my surprise, I loved it! It works really well and it smells and feels so good.  The earthy, spicy scent is so perfect for fall and it lingers which is more than I can say for current perfume fave, Chanel Mademoiselle.
It got me thinking, what is different about dabbing oil on your body versus spraying a perfume?  It turns out the concentration of the liquid has something to do with it.  The perfume oil bottles are much smaller than perfume bottles and pack a lot of punch.     Just a dab on your neck and wrists will give you enough scent to follow you throughout the day.   Personally I spray three to four sprays of my perfumes daily only for it to be gone by the end of the day.
After using the oil for the month to my surprise I complimented a lady at a boutique the other day only to learn that she was wearing a Lavender Orange perfume oil.  She shared that the lavender helped her stay relaxed (and smelling good!).  Chicks, everyone is doing it and its time to jump on the band wagon.  Using essential perfume oils to smell and feel good is a win win!
But don’t just take it from me, Kristen Bell is a fan of the Amber Oil from Whole Foods as well, see her brag about it here.
